Recommendation and Review
Background: This is a 10-week, free, outdoor music concert series in the grassy lot next to Turner Pavilion. HDR was awarded a grant through the Levitt Foundation to host these summer concert series for 2023, 2024, and 2025. The concert series will bring the community together through live music. A beer garden will be available during the concert series.
This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on April 3, 2025.
The total cost of this event is estimated to be around $1500 per event day. The event organizer is responsible for payment of applicable charges.

- PW Support (No parking signage, barricades, sweeper truck)
- HPD Support (off-duty officers)
- Commissioner of Revenue (business licenses, food vendors)
- COI & Endorsement, ABC permit to be submitted prior to event
