Recommendation and Review

The Director of Public Utilities is requesting amendment to City Code Section 7-4-1(a3) (e) (f3) (f5) (f6), Schedule of rates and charges generally. Section 7-4-1 (a3) to increase the seasonal Water City and Rural Seasonal. Section 7-4-1 (e) increase other charges as related to water. Section 7-4-1 (f3) establishment of business hours and cutoff time. Section 7-4-1 (f5) increase the site visit fee. Section 7-4-1 (f6) increase the meter installation fee. Section 7-1-9 establish definition of delinquency in accordance to billing software.
