Council Member Degner had served on the commission along with Council Member Byrd. City Manager Hodgen and Reggie Smith, director of public transportation serve as staff members on the commission. Ande Banks, acting deputy city manager, and Gerald Gatobu, assistant director of public transportation, serve as alternates.
