Recommendation and Review
This supplemental appropriation request will appropriate $200,000 in OAA Cooperative Partnership grant funding. The grant award is in partnership with Rockingham County with the City serving as the fiscal agent. The City and County are subgranting the award to Strength in Peers for support of their Peer Recovery Center.
