Closed Session as authorized by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A), under:
Subsection 3 for a discussion of the acquisition of real estate for a public purpose where the discussion in an open session would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating position of the public body, and
Subsection 8 for consultation with legal counsel on specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
