Recommendation and Review
Grant funding was previously awarded to the Public Works Department by VDOT and the Federal Highway Administration for (1) Gay St. improvements, (2) pedestrian crossing improvements and (3) Liberty St. improvements. This supplemental will appropriate $3,999,567 to the General Capital Projects Fund for these projects.
