The following boards/commissions require an alternate be listed for Mr. Banks:
• Emergency Services
• Harrisonburg - Rockingham Metropolitan Planning Commission
• Shenandoah Valley Juvenile Center Commission
It is the desire of Mr. Banks to appoint Ms. Snider as alternate.
