Recommendation and Review
The initial task for the work group will be to prepare an RFP for consulting services and subsequently recommend a consultant to assist the City and County in the replacement of the system.
Recommendations for the work group are:
ECC Director (Chair)
City - Fire Chief, Police Chief, IT Director
County - Fire and Rescue Chief, IT Director
Joint City/County - Court Services Director, Sheriff, Jail Captain
JMU - Police Chief, Technology VP
