Recommendation and Review

Since at least 2008, the Farmers Market at the Turner Pavilion in the Municipal Parking Lot has been subject to the terms of an agreement with the Harrisonburg Farmers Market Association. As the Harrisonburg Police Department is no longer responsible for managing a market for the sale of farm produce, Title 15, Chapter 5, Article B is no longer necessary and can be repealed in its entirety.
