Recommendation and Review
Consider amending the terms in the original Purchase Agreement with The Community Foundation of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, Inc. a Virginia Corporation for the purchase of the Eastham House, located at 317 South Main Street, to reflect change in name of property to be conveyed to as well as slight changes to the right of first refusal buy back terms. These amendments will be reflected in the Deed of Conveyance and the contract.
