Recommendation and Review

The Shenandoah Valley Pride Festival to be held on Saturday, July 23^rd on Court Square in downtown Harrisonburg. The festival set-up will begin at noon and clean-up will be done by 8:00 p.m. Rockingham County has already approved the use of the Court House grounds.
