Recommendation and Review
As part of City Council’s 2025-2028 Action Plan, staff have been coordinating with James Madison University to create a working group meant to address resident and student concerns and improve communication between the two organizations on projects that affect both populations. Brian Vandenberg, Assistant to the City Manager, will present on the formation of this group.
