The Taxi Committee recommends approval for the renewal of the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for Valley Cab, dba ABC Cab. Mr. Musa Syed continues to operate ABC Cab in a professional manner and the City of Harrisonburg has not received any complaints against the company.
