Recommendation and Review
A vacancy has been caused by Jason Rooney's resignation. Attached are two applications that qualify to serve for the east side of the city. Section 9-1-1 shows where members need to reside. The east side members need to be from the east voting ward, which are streets east of Main Street. The person appointed will serve an unexpired first term to expire December 31, 2017.
