Recommendation and Review:

This Supplemental Appropriation is to cover additional Snow and Ice Removal expenses incurred in FY 2014.  As shown in the attached report the City experienced 11 different snow and ice events, which cost $527,207.97.  The 2014 FY budget included $236,551 for snow and ice removal.  The Public Works Department is requesting this supplemental appropriation to cover this budget deficit.
