Recommendation and Review
The city is required by the Code of Virginia to hold a public hearing in advance of the issuance of debt. The proceeds from this issuance will be used to fund the Park View water tank project, a portion of the Reservoir Street improvements project, a portion of the Pleasant Valley Road bridge project, and Fire Station No. 1 renovation project. The public hearing was advertised in the Daily News-Record on November 10, 2015 and November 17, 2015.
