Recommendation and Review
The School Board has incurred costs and will continue to incur costs for architecture and engineering services associated with the new school construction. These funds are the remaining amounts of the $2,000,000 that City Council set aside for this purpose and will be transferred to the School Capital Projects Fund from the General Fund’s fund balance. Funds will be transferred on a monthly basis in amounts sufficient to pay invoices as they are paid by the School Board.
