Recommendation and Review
Mr. Russell Presnell (NW) and Mr. Calvin Ferrell’s (SE) terms will expire December 31, 2015. Mr. Ferrell has contacted the city clerk stating he is not interested in serving another term. The city clerk has not heard from Mr. Presnell about his interest in serving another term. There are two applications attached, one is for the southeast vacancy and the other is for the northwest vacancy. These terms would expire December 31, 2018.
Also, Mr. Bill Blessing (NE) and Mr. Leonard VanWyk (SW) were reappointment while Mr. Joshua Humphries (at-large) was appointed with terms to expire December 31, 2017. However, to make terms consistent with the ordinance two of the names listed above need to have the expiration date of their terms changed to reflect expiration dates of December 31, 2016.
