Amendment to the 2021 CDBG Action Plan

Recommendation and Review
This public hearing is required by HUD to receive citizen comments on an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant 2021 Action Plan. Staff proposes that the following amendment be me made:
• $50,000 will be transferred from the CDBG project 2021 Administration to the NEW CDBG 2021 North Liberty Gateway Public Art Project.
Staff will make a short presentation, to be followed by a public hearing and a 30-day public comment period. There is no action needed on this item at this time.
