Recommendation and Review

This policy establishes procedures and conditions for the City of Harrisonburg to receive private financial contributions. The policy will allow for the City to receive private financial contributions to add new amenities for the public benefit that enhance the beauty and enjoyment of the City’s parks, trails, and public spaces, as well as for the City receive private financial contributions to support City facilities, programs, or services.
