Recommendation and Review

City Council will consider approving the installation and display of eighty (80) mosaics on the fence line of the alleyway between Water Street Parking Deck and Blacks Run. The Community Mosaic Project features collage mosaic art pieces created by over 6,000 participants from the community with the support of Barbara Camph and Erin Harrigan.
