Recommendation and Review
The Virginia Municipal League (VML) is seeking voting delegates for both the Urban Section and for the Annual Business Meeting at the October 2024 VML Conference in Richmond, VA. Mayor Reed and Council Member Fleming, as alternate, were selected in 2023 for both. Historically the voting delegates were the Mayor and Vice Mayor, as alternate. All Council Members will be attending the 2024 conference.
