Recommendation and Review
The Taxi Committee does not recommend approval for Certificate due to the following: color scheme is inconsistent and code section 14-1-33(5) requires company scheme; applicant intends to do medical transportation only; committee does not see a need for more transportation providers during daylight hours; and need for more providers has not been established per code section 14-1-38.
