Recommendation and Review
At the November 10, 2015, City Council meeting there was discussion under “Other Matters” relative to pending site construction costs associated with the new elementary school that will be built on Garbers Church Road. Council had received an update memo (copy attached) from the City Manager on this issue. Councilman Degner had requested that the matter be brought back to council on November 24 to allow for more time to study the issue.
