Recommendation and Review
The city clerk received notification from Jefferson Heatwole that he would be moving from the city which makes him ineligible to serve on the Planning Commission. Mr. Heatwole’s last meeting will be the Wednesday, May 11, 2016 meeting. Mr. Heatwole’s term was to expire December 31, 2016 so the appointment will be to fill an unexpired term to expire December 31, 2016.
