Recommendation and Review:
HDR will provide a report on downtown beautification and parking deck enhancement projects such as additional tree mini-lights, display cases, living wall, signage, banners, and murals. Also, a summary will be given of the National Main Street Conference that was attended by the Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance staff, board, and representatives of City Council.
