Recommendation and Review

The EPSAC Bylaws were amended in September 2020, which created term limits for up to 12 members.  The City Clerk has notified all current members that if they were interested in continuing to serve on the board a reappointment application would need to be received.  The city clerk has received 7 reappointment applications and 7 new applications for Councils consideration.  1/3rd of the members should be appointed to a 1-year term, 1/3rd should be appointed to a 2-year term, and 1/3rd should be appointed to a 3-year term to satisfy the terms as laid out in the new by-laws. NOTE:  Mr. DaMes is requesting a 1 year term if appointed.
