Recommendation and Review
The city is required by the Code of Virginia to hold a public hearing in advance of the issuance of debt. The proceeds from this issuance will be used to fund the first phase of the eastern source water supply project. The public hearing was advertised in the Daily News-Record on November 14, 2017 and November 21, 2017.
