Consider approval of the FY 2014-2015 CDBG Action Plan

Recommendation and Review:
The 2014-2015 CDBG Action Plan describes in detail actions to be taken in the coming year to further the priorities described in the the 2012-2016 Strategic Plan for the CDBG Programs. These projects are outlined in attachment #1, and the full 2014-2015 Action Plan is available in the City Manager's Office.A 30-day Public Comment Period was held, and during that time, the City received a number of comments referring to the selection Committee's decision to not recommend the Northeast Neighborhood Association's application. All comments and responses to those comments are detailed in the Public Comments section of the above plan, and will be briefly reviewed at tonight's meeting.Staff requests that Council consider approval of this item.
