Recommendation and Review

This supplemental appropriation request will transfer funds from the General Fund’s fund balance to the Economic Development budget to cover expenses included in the Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Valley Conference Center predevelopment agreement. These funds were previously set aside by City Council for this purpose.
