Recommendation and Review
This resolution is requested so that the city can be reimbursed from debt proceeds for certain expenditures incurred prior to the issuance of debt for the upcoming school construction project. The project includes a new elementary school and a pre-k facility. This resolution does not commit the city to issuing debt for this project or in the amount within the resolution.
