Recommendation and Review

The property is zoned B-2, General Business District and is located at 2655 South Main Street. Planning Commission recommended approval (7-0) for the SUP to allow for the reduction in the required side yard setback to zero feet on the 1.655 +/- acre property identified as tax map parcel 1-F-1, with the condition that the SUP be applicable to the existing building and the planned addition and be substantially similar to the submitted layout.
