Recommendation and Review
The ARPA Smithland Athletic Complex Lights project is currently finished with $99,845 in budgeted funds remaining. Parks & Recreation (P&R) staff are requesting that these funds be reallocated to other P&R ARPA funded projects that are in need of additional funding. This reallocation will transfer $39,845 to the Thomas Harrison Middle School Soccer Facility project and $60,000 to the Westover Skate Park project.
