Recommendation and Review

Background: This is the 11^th Annual Valley 4^th Run, in downtown Harrisonburg. The organizer, VA Momentum, is requesting to use Downtown Course A for their event this year.

This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on April 7, 2022.

The total cost of this event is estimated between $4,500-5000. The event organizer is responsible for payment of applicable charges.
