Recommendation and Review
Proposed change to the Erosion Control and Stormwater Management Ordinance Section 10-4-19 - Fees. Fees for review of stormwater management plans and permit issuance, modification or transfer of registration statements, and permit maintenance are proposed to increase to match fees set by the State Water Control Board pursuant to 9VAC25-875-1360 through -1420. Fees are proposed to increase by between 49% and 63%, depending on type of permit. Fees would be subject to future increases tied to the Consumer Price Index.
