Recommendation and Review
Background: Best Weekend Ever will be an all-day, free, family-friendly event to kick-off summer and showcase the best of downtown. There will be vendors, activities held throughout downtown and on Court Square, live music at participating downtown restaurants, and sidewalk sales outside of participating downtown retail shops. The Sip & Stroll ABC license will be in effect as well.
This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on March 16, 2023.
The total cost of this event is estimated to be around $11,000. The event organizer is responsible for payment of applicable charges.

- PW Support (street closures, message boards, sweeper)

- COI & Endorsement, ABC permit to be submitted prior to event
