Amendments to the 2023, 2024, and 2025 CDBG Action Plans

Recommendation and Review
The thirty-day public comment period has ended and staff proposes that the following amendments be made to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2023, 2024, and 2025 Action Plans:
• Two transfers will be made to the NEW Kiwanis Park project, bringing the total of the project to $199,500:
o $119,500 will be moved from the Hillandale Playground project (2025-2026) to the NEW Kiwanis Park Playground project.
o $80,000 will be moved from the Hillandale Sidewalk project (2024-2025) to the NEW Kiwanis Park Playground project.
• $76,867.71 will be transferred from the Habitat for Humanity Home Repair project (2024-2025) to the following projects, decreasing the total amount funded to the Habitat for Humanity Home Repair project to $62,832.29:
o $34,760.63 will be transferred to the Ralph Sampson Park Walking Path project (2024-2025), bringing the CDBG funding of that project to a total of $199,500.
o $42,107.08 will be transferred to the Wolfe St. Waterline project (2023-2024) to cover the entire cost of that project, bringing the total CDBG funding of the project to $135,607.08.
Staff will make a short presentation, to be followed by a vote on this item.
