Recommendation and Review

City Council met for its biennial offsite retreat August 26-27, 2023 to craft a 20-year community Vision, building on the 2039 Vision first adopted on April 23, 2019 and readopted with revisions on July 10, 2021. The 2043 Vision includes eight "desired future states.”
