Recommendation and Review

Attached is a letter from the General Manager, Brian O’Dell, with the Harrisonburg Electric Commission’s for consideration to reappoint Dr. Alex Gabbin for a 2^nd term to expire December 31, 2023.  Also, in that letter there are three applications for consideration to fill a vacant position for a 1^st term to expire 12/20/2023, this vacancy is to fill the position of Ms. Daphnye Thomas who has served her two terms.
