Recommendation and Review
A short presentation will be given on the Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER), which is a document required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for the evaluation and review of CDBG programs in fiscal year 2014-2015. This presentation will be followed by a public hearing and will commence the 15 day public comment period, which will end at 9:00 a.m. on September 24, 2015.
