Recommendation and Review
This is a presentation on the Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER), a document required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for the evaluation and review of CDBG programs in CDBG PY2025. This presentation will be followed by a public hearing. This will commence the 15-day public comment period that ends at 9:00am on September 24, 2026
