Director of Harrisonburg Public Utilities (HPU), Mike Collins, will present a progress report for the Shenandoah Raw Water Project. Mr. Collins will be asking City Council, as a major project stakeholder, for 1) input and feedback into the direction and organization of the project and 2) understanding of the significant constraints going forward.
