Recommendation and Review

The CDBG Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) has been amended to include the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Final Rule requirements found at 24 CFR 91.105 and 24 CFR 5. These revisions reflect the city’s requirement to prepare and submit an Assessment of Fair Housing no later than October 1, 2016. 

Staff requests that council hold a public hearing, followed by a ten day public comment period to solicit citizen input on the CPP. CDBG staff will bring this item to council for approval at the regular May 10^th council meeting.
