Consider a supplemental appropriation for the Harrisonburg Police Department (Department) in the amount of $35,000 from state asset forfeiture funds (to be used for Law Enforcement purposes only). Funds will be used for purchasing a one-year trial contract with Force Metrics. This cost includes a one-time set-up fee and the first-year license fee.
