Recommendation and Review

Citizen advocacy group "Happy Dog's Unleashed" maintained an account with the Harrisonburg Rockingham Community Foundation to hold fund raising results.  Funds from this account have been transferred to the City.  This request is to place the funds back into the Parks and Recreation budget.
