Recommendation and Review
Consider amending Section 11-1-10 Appeals of the decisions of the building official, et al. by requiring completion of an application, accompanied by a $300 application fee, when appealing the decision of the building official to the local board of building code appeals.
At the June 9, 2026, City Council meeting, Council requested some amendments to the application to reduce the application fee and refund of the application fee. The revised ordinance amendment is attached to the agenda item reflecting those requested amendments.
