Recommendation and Review
At its September 26, 2023 meeting, City Council approved a supplemental appropriation, that among other things, approved the carryover of various unexpended grant funds from the previous fiscal year. Included in these unexpended grant funds were unexpended ARPA funds in the city’s General Fund for a number of different programs. However, the unexpended grant funds in the supplemental appropriation did not include the $200,000 previously approved by City Council from ARPA funding for business assistance.
