Recommendation and Review
The Virginia Municipal League (VML) is seeking voting delegates for both the Urban Section and for the Annual Business Meeting at the October 2021 VML Conference in Leesburg, VA. Mayor Reed and Council Member Jones, as alternate, were selected in 2019 for both. Historically the voting delegates were the Mayor and Vice Mayor, as alternate. All City Council Members will be physically attending the conference.
