Recommendation and Review
Section 11-7-6.1 (7) of the Sign Ordinance permits City Council approval of signage with the B-2, General Business District that does not meet all Sign Ordinance requirements. Staff is recommending approval of the request with the following condition: No freestanding signage be allowed on the middle parcel (tax map 10-B-12).
