Recommendation and Review
The city clerk was informed that Sara Ardrey-Graves moved out of the area. The person appointed to this position would be serving an unexpired term to expire on December 31, 2016. The board is scheduled to meet in March and the person appointed would be required to attend a training prior to those meetings. The training will be scheduled once the appointment is made.
